- We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.
- Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will apply.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or pricing/stock errors.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via our payment partner, PayU, or upon Cash on Delivery confirmation where available.
- We are not responsible for failed transactions due to issues with your bank, card, or payment provider.
4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which applies strictly and is limited to verified damage-in-transit claims raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Any attempt to raise false, exaggerated, or unsupported claims (e.g., after consuming the product, or without valid proof) may result in the claim being rejected and, at our discretion, restrictions on future orders.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site — including the TEOS name, logo, product images, and text — is the property of Satgun Exim LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, TEOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, beyond the value of the order in question. Our liability in any claim is limited to the resolution options described in our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
