Orders are typically processed and handed over to our fulfilment partner, Colortrades, within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

Free shipping on orders above ₹599.

4. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or shows no movement in tracking for an extended period, please write to us at [email protected] & [email protected] with your Order ID.

5. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If a package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

• Avoid accepting a package that looks broken open or heavily crushed, where possible.
• If already received, follow the process outlined in our Refund & Return Policy within 48 hours, with photo/video proof of the unopened package.
