Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an order after it is confirmed, please contact us promptly. If your order is not dispatched yet, we will attempt to cancel it and refund any amount paid for the same.

Please note we may not be able to cancel orders that are already dispatched but will try our best to address your concerns. For Cancellations please reach us via our Contact page.


Due to the nature of products (Food), we have a “No Returns” policy for products sold by us, due to hygiene concerns. However, if products purchased from this site that are received by you are in any way defective, damaged, spoilt or not as described as a result of manufacturing or transport errors, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment provided at the time of purchase. If this is not possible due to any extenuating circumstances or technical reasons, refund will be sent to bank account of the customer.
